Tarot Yoga with Marian Noble
Step onto the mat and into the archetypal landscape of the Major Arcana.
In this two-hour experiential journey, we will explore the Tarot through embodied movement, breath, and ritual. Each carefully chosen yoga pose becomes a living expression of a Major Arcana archetype. Rather than studying the cards intellectually, you will feel them in your muscles, your breath, and your nervous system.
What does The Fool feel like in your body? How does Wheel of Fortune move? Where does The Strength card live in your spine?
By pairing specific postures with key archetypes, you will create powerful somatic anchors that help you remember and recognize the energy of each card when you see it in a reading. The result is deeper intuition, stronger recall, and a more personal relationship with the Tarot.
This practice is accessible to all levels. No advanced yoga experience required. Come as you are, bring your mat if you prefer (or use one of our community mats), and prepare to embody the wisdom of the cards in a way that is both grounded and mystical.
You will leave feeling aligned, expanded, and more fluent in the language of the Major Arcana.

Gong Yoga & Meditation
Immerse yourself in a transformative blend of movement, sound, and vibration during Gong Yoga & Meditation. This unique practice combines gentle yoga with a live soundscape performed by Levi Reynolds, featuring gongs and sound bowls that have been upgraded with crystals, minerals, meteorites, and tektites—creating a multidimensional field of resonance that supports deep healing and energetic realignment.
As you flow through grounding postures and mindful breathwork, the harmonics of the gongs and bowls will ripple through your body, clearing stagnation and restoring balance. The session concludes with an extended savasana and meditation, allowing the crystalline frequencies to integrate fully into your energy field.

Join us in this gentle evening yoga to dive deeper in the mind, body, and spirit channel. Together we'll connect to our internal noticing and flow into deeper reflection. Once in Savasana we'll all receive sound healing for the energetic body.
Yoga can be done seated or on the mat and will be modified to adjust to your bodies needs.
