Whether you're exploring QiGong for healing, relaxation, or personal transformation, this is a beautiful place to begin or deepen your journey.

During our time we will explore vocal exercises and sounds to activate your light language. The vocal exercises are great for clearing and moving energy throughout your body, while easing your nervous system. This creates space to allow more energetic flow through your whole being.

Following this interactive session, you then will lay down and receive sound and energy healing to integrate your process. We all have the ability to access light language and if you have been called or intrigued, please reach out!

During 15-minute sessions, I’ll pull 3-5 Tarot and oracle cards for you. My decks are modern, beautifully illustrated cards, revealing underlying truths and messages that I interpret for you.

The 30-minute sessions can include an extended card reading, chakra alignment to resolve blocks, or aura clearing to release energy that no longer serves you.

It’s best to come prepared with one to three questions (preferably related) to explore. “What do I need to know?” is a perfectly acceptable query if you are uncertain about where to begin. All readings include a photo of your cards and a lovely surprise gift bag.

SoulCollage® is a playful and transformative method that helps us acknowledge all aspects of self. The process helps us discover our unique inner/outer guides and challengers in life. Together we will explore and express ourselves by making our own personalized deck, sharing cards, journaling, and consulting our cards about our own life questions. We will use simple tools—images, 5x8 cards, scissors, and glue, so no artistic experience needed!

Open Studio is a time when supplies and space will be available to create cards for your deck. You can drop in for a little while or stay the entire time. New and experienced practitioners welcome! While this is mainly time for independent creation, Michelle will be there to chat, answer questions, provide tips, and guide you through the process. Leave the week's stress behind as you relax and reset your nervous system with this special clearing crystal gong bath.

We will begin with a brief overview of the current astrology aspects in our sky. Then enjoy a powerful yet relaxing 45 min. gong meditation followed by an integration.

When the gong sings, you listen. You listen listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually surrenders to the soundwave as you begin to relax, feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies can awaken stagnant energy. The experience is like a personal dream. There are moments during a gong meditation where the subconscious can become more conscious, where illumination and insight follows.

Do you ever feel that no matter how much healing, therapy or personal growth work you do on yourself, **your family still drives you crazy especially around the holidays?**This is a powerful time of year to do work to heal ourselves and our family systems! This work is both deep and fun!

We all have a long history of ancient traumas that have been passed down to us through our ancestors and families via our DNA. For example, women often have sexual and childbirth trauma passed down to them through their feminine lineage to address, while men frequently deal with war traumas from their past male ancestors. Trauma and Attachment Styles are inherited within families from one generation to the next, similar to how genetic traits are passed down. The systems we are part of influence us dramatically and we can learn to influence them.

I'm Amber St. Germain and I have a graduate degree in Psychotherapy and Marriage and Family Therapy with a Somatic or Body Based Focus. I am certified in resolving Inherited Family Trauma through Mark Wolynn, The author of the well known book It Didn't Start With You, and The Family Constellation Institute in the lineage of Bert Hellinger and Family and Systemic Constellation work.

As a therapist, I am also trained in other related modalities such as Attachment Science and trauma work, inner parts work and embodied dreamwork to name a few. I work with individuals and groups to clear inherited family trauma as well as past life and soul traumas.

My husband Chris Minnich is a corporate executive and is Certified in Inherited Family Trauma Healing or IFTH through Felice Laurel of Source Constellations and Mark Wolynn above and will be teaching with me.

In this introduction, I will share some ways trauma frequently gets passed down through the generations and how you can start to clear this in your own life and your family system and no longer continue to experience these traumas repeating in your life or pass them down to future generations. At least one participant will have the opportunity to experience a mini "constellation" or healing if desired.

Inherited Family Trauma Healing and Family and Systemic Constellations are highly effective for addressing the systems we are part of, such as relationships, families, and businesses, as well as for addressing issues involving individuals who are not physically present as well as Inner Parts, dreams, and other presenting issues.

Inherited Family Trauma Healing and Systemic work of this kind is very powerful, and just a few hours of this type of therapy can be equivalent to years of traditional talk therapy, leading to transformative changes in one's life.

Be prepared to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the class due to the powerful and deeply healing nature of this work. Although I am a therapist, this introduction is not therapy. This is an esoteric healing modality and to attend this class you will need to agree to take responsibility for your mental and emotional health and work with a therapist afterwards if needed. I look forward to sharing this powerful work with you.

SoulCollage® is a playful and transformative method that helps us acknowledge all aspects of self. The process helps us discover our unique inner/outer guides and challengers in life. Together we will explore and express ourselves by making our own personalized deck, sharing cards, journaling, and consulting our cards about our own life questions. We will use simple tools—images, 5x8 cards, scissors, and glue, so no artistic experience needed!

Open Studio is a time when supplies and space will be available to create cards for your deck. You can drop in for a little while or stay the entire time. New and experienced practitioners welcome! While this is mainly time for independent creation, Michelle will be there to chat, answer questions, provide tips, and guide you through the process. If you’ve been curious about SoulCollage® this is a great way to get started.

We will begin with a brief overview of the current astrology aspects in our sky. Then enjoy a powerful yet relaxing 45 min. gong meditation followed by an integration.

When the gong sings, you listen. You listen listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually surrenders to the soundwave as you begin to relax, feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies can awaken stagnant energy. SoulCollage® is a playful and transformative method that helps us acknowledge all aspects of self. The process helps us discover our unique inner/outer guides and challengers in life. Together we will explore and express ourselves by making our own personalized deck, sharing cards, journaling, and consulting our cards about our own life questions. We will use simple tools—images, 5x8 cards, scissors, and glue, so no artistic experience needed!

Open Studio is a time when supplies and space will be available to create cards for your deck. You can drop in for a little while or stay the entire time. New and experienced practitioners welcome! While this is mainly time for independent creation, Michelle will be there to chat, answer questions, provide tips, and guide you through the process. If you’ve been curious about SoulCollage® this is a great way to get started.

Bring your water bottle and something to journal with. All other supplies will be provided.

The Crystal Portal Experience will begin with an introduction from Levi about The Crystal Portal.

He will guide you through a relaxing sound bath and meditation to prepare you to walk through The Crystal Portal.

You will have time to walk through The Crystal Portal on your own.

There will be time for integration and discussion at the end.

Our space is small and cozy, creating an intimate setting for this powerful experience. Chairs will be available for seating.

SoulCollage® Card Reading Group

As we lovingly create our SoulCollage® cards they are imbued with bits and pieces of ourselves. This means our decks can act as a key that accesses our infinite inner wisdom.

The voice of our cards are meant to be heard, consulted, and played with. Bring your journal and cards to this interactive workshop and explore a variety of methods for doing your own SoulCollage® readings. Ideally you will have at least three cards that you’ve created.

If you have not yet started crafting your own deck, bring your favorite oracle deck or borrow one from the library in the event space. New and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Each intuitive reading is unique and tailored to your needs. I read your energy (aura) and begin with a short, centering meditation.

During 15-minute sessions, I’ll pull 3-5 Tarot and oracle cards for you. My decks are modern, beautifully illustrated cards, revealing underlying truths and messages that I interpret for you.

The 30-minute sessions can include an extended card reading, chakra alignment to resolve blocks, or aura clearing to release energy that no longer serves you.

It’s best to come prepared with one to three questions (preferably related) to explore. “What do I need to know?” is a perfectly acceptable query if you are uncertain about where to begin. All readings include a photo of your cards and a lovely surprise gift bag.

Join us for a relaxing sound bath meditation led by David Heiss, Master gong player and sound healing musician. David has been playing gongs and facilitating sound healing journeys since 2012. You can learn more about his work at ​https://starsounds.love

Leave the week's stress behind as you relax and reset your nervous system with this special clearing crystal gong bath.

We will begin with a brief overview of the current astrology aspects in our sky. Then enjoy a powerful yet relaxing 45 min. gong meditation followed by an integration.

When the gong sings, you listen. You listen listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually surrenders to the soundwave as you begin to relax, feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies can awaken stagnant energy. The experience is like a personal dream. There are moments during a gong meditation where the subconscious can become more conscious, where illumination and insight follows.

Suggested donations for this event are $20-40. Donations can be made at the event via cash or Venmo.
