We’re dedicated to creating win-win-win opportunities where practitioners, clients, and the community can grow together. Here's what you can look forward to when you join us:

Flexible, Fair Pricing for Facilitators. We believe in supporting our community while staying sustainable.

Here’s how our pricing works:

To be a Facilitator, there is a 3-Month Facilitator Fee of $150 or 6-Month Facilitator Fee of $240 that must be paid up front before scheduling events. This Facilitator Fee is separate from the revenue share and covers the following perks plus the specific parameters outlined below:

  • Prime Location: Our space is just seven minutes from downtown Asheville, easily accessible from Interstate 26 at exit 23, making it a convenient destination for locals and visitors alike.

  • Free Parking: We have ample free parking at our location, making is easy and accessible for visitors and facilitators.

  • Convenient and Supportive Props: Enjoy access to a fully-equipped space, including 30 minutes for setup and cleanup with each event. We provide blankets, pillows, eye pillows, chairs, tables, table cloths, floor mats, yoga mats, yoga blocks, and yoga straps.

    • Seated events have a 50 person capacity

    • We have enough floor mats, pillows, blankets, eye pillows, and floor space for 20 people to lay down in comfort

    • We have enough yoga mats, blocks, and straps for 10 people to do yoga. (You may be able to fit more if you ask people to bring their own mats.)

  • Complimentary Refreshments: We have complimentary filtered water and have partnered with Appalachian DiviniTEA to provide local organic herbal tea. There are bagged and loose tea options as well as tea cups or paper cups.

  • Restroom Facilities: A unisex bathroom is available on site.

  • Robust Marketing Support: We promote events through MeetUp.com, Facebook, Instagram, our growing email list, and other local and tourist websites. While you're responsible for providing your event image and description, we’ll share any marketing materials we create with you.

    For all of our events, we currently do the following for promotion:

  • Community Connection: Events like the Intuition Open House (held every Friday & Saturday from 12–4 PM) allow facilitators to drop in and offer 1-on-1 services in a vibrant community environment. Whether you provide astrology readings, tarot readings, psychic sessions, energy healing, SoulCollage, or custom crystal creations, this is the perfect space to connect with your audience. Your approval as a Facilitator gives you access to participate in this event which allows for more flexibility in offering your services.

  • Business Growth Opportunities: We also host workshops tailored to lightworkers, offering guidance in business operations, marketing, and sales to help you elevate your practice. If you’d like 1-on-1 coaching to help elevate your business, Marian offers Business Coaching here.

  • All Facilitators will pay 25% of their event or service revenue to Energetic Experiences, LLC, within 7 days of providing the event or service, unless another agreement has been made.

Light Facilitator

3-Month Facilitator Fee ($150)

  • 25% Revenue Share

Includes the following perks:

  • Can schedule up to 1 event per month

  • Can provide services, if applicable, at the Intuition Open House on up to 1 Friday & up to 1 Saturday from 12 - 4 p.m. Availability will be divided among practitioner type so as to not saturate the space (ie. only 1 astrologer at a time, only 1 energy healer at a time)

Facilitator

6-Month Facilitator Fee ($240)

  • 25% Revenue Share

Includes the following perks:

  • Can schedule up to 2 events per month (exceptions may include providing an approved event “series”)

  • Can provide services, if applicable, at the Intuition Open House on up to 2 Fridays & up to 2 Saturdays from 12 - 4 p.m. Availability will be divided among practitioner type so as to not saturate the space (ie. only 1 astrologer at a time, only 1 energy healer at a time)

Key Facilitator (Invite Only)

3-Month Facilitator Fee ($150)

OR

6-Month Facilitator Fee ($240)

  • 25% Revenue Share

Includes the following perks:

  • Can schedule events far in advance before other Facilitators are invited

  • Can schedule an unlimited amount of events each month

  • Can provide services, if applicable, at the Intuition Open House on Fridays & Saturdays from 12 - 4 p.m. Availability will be divided among practitioner type so as to not saturate the space (ie. only 1 astrologer at a time, only 1 energy healer at a time)

Marketing Tips

Create a MeetUp.com profile and send a message to Marian Noble so that we can add you as a host to the events we advertise in the Awakening Asheville MeetUp Group

  1. Create an Instagram account - tag @energeticexperiences in your posts and stories about your events

  2. Create a Facebook Page - tag Energetic Experiences in your posts and stories about your events

  3. Join the Awakening Asheville Facebook Group

  4. Please provide us with any images you would like used to promote your event. For our website, 3:2 (1500px x 1000px) is best. On other platforms your image(s) may be cropped to fit their dimensions.

  5. Spread the word! While we promote your event through our channels, part of what makes an event truly thrive is when the Facilitator actively shares it with their own community as well. When you invite your followers, friends, and clients to attend, it amplifies the reach and creates more momentum. Your voice matters—people love hearing directly from you! Whether it’s a story, a post, or a personal invite, every little bit helps get more eyes (and energy) on your offering.
