Please bring your journal, any sacred totems you'd like to place on our collective to be charged during the ceremony and anything you need to be comfortable. We'll be sitting circle style on the floor. Blankets/pillows will be provided

Alessandra Mary is a ceremonial priestess and holistic alchemist devoted to cyclical, mystical living and guiding the collective to weave the Divine Feminine back into everyday life. She is trained as a priestess through the 13 Moon Mystery School Lineage; a circle facilitator through The Wild Woman Project; and certified as a health & life coach through the Health Coach Institute. Through her sacred gatherings, oracular transmissions and ritual candles, she creates opportunities for deeper communion with soul and source. We all have a long history of ancient traumas that have been passed down to us through our ancestors and families via our DNA. For example, women often have sexual and childbirth trauma passed down to them through their feminine lineage to address, while men frequently deal with war traumas from their past male ancestors. Trauma and Attachment Styles are inherited within families from one generation to the next, similar to how genetic traits are passed down. The systems we are part of influence us dramatically and we can learn to influence them.
I'm Amber St. Germain and I have a graduate degree in Psychotherapy and Marriage and Family Therapy with a Somatic or Body Based Focus. I am certified in resolving Inherited Family Trauma through Mark Wolynn, The author of the well known book It Didn't Start With You, and The Family Constellation Institute in the lineage of Bert Hellinger and Family and Systemic Constellation work.
As a therapist, I am also trained in other related modalities such as Attachment Science and trauma work, inner parts work and embodied dreamwork to name a few. I work with individuals and groups to clear inherited family trauma as well as past life and soul traumas.
My husband Chris Minnich is a corporate executive and is Certified in Inherited Family Trauma Healing or IFTH through Felice Laurel of Source Constellations and Mark Wolynn above and will be teaching with me.
In this introduction, I will share some ways trauma frequently gets passed down through the generations and how you can start to clear this in your own life and your family system and no longer continue to experience these traumas repeating in your life or pass them down to future generations. At least one participant will have the opportunity to experience a mini "constellation" or healing if desired.
Inherited Family Trauma Healing and Family and Systemic Constellations are highly effective for addressing the systems we are part of, such as relationships, families, and businesses, as well as for addressing issues involving individuals who are not physically present as well as Inner Parts, dreams, and other presenting issues.
Inherited Family Trauma Healing and Systemic work of this kind is very powerful, and just a few hours of this type of therapy can be equivalent to years of traditional talk therapy, leading to transformative changes in one's life.
Be prepared to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the class due to the powerful and deeply healing nature of this work. Although I am a therapist, this introduction is not therapy. This is an esoteric healing modality and to attend this class you will need to agree to take responsibility for your mental and emotional health and work with a therapist afterwards if needed. I look forward to sharing this powerful work with you.

Holiday Energy Tune-up with Archangel Raphael and Christ Energy with Lisa Gontarski
Some holidays are filled with family and activities, and others lots of family with loads of action, and others have a quieter holiday time. Whatever our situations, lets be each other’s energetic family for a healing guided meditation filled with light.
We’ll call in Archangel Raphael into our circle, along with Christ Energy. Once they join we can set an intention for healing, or just let the energy flow. An intention can be any wish for healing at any level, for any being or groups of beings, including our animal companions. We’ll work on whatever issues and healings come up for the group. We’ll also spread the light and love out to the greater population.
Archangel Raphael is a perfect partner for spreading and anchoring love in our bodies at this time. There’s a lot of turbulence out there and the holiday season is a fabulous time to turn our sight inward to help us relax more fully into our own energy groove. We can be there for ourselves no matter what is going on our there! And, working in a loving way with our own energies does help bring love out to the greater population as well.

Energetic Exchange: $20-$30
As we lovingly create our SoulCollage® cards they are imbued with bits and pieces of ourselves. This means our decks can act as a key that accesses our infinite inner wisdom.
The voice of our cards are meant to be heard, consulted, and played with. Bring your journal and cards to this interactive workshop and explore a variety of methods for doing your own SoulCollage® readings. Ideally you will have at least three cards that you’ve created.
If you have not yet started crafting your own deck, bring your favorite oracle deck or borrow one from the library in the event space. New and experienced practitioners are welcome.
