Taurus Season: Astrology/Meditation/Movement/Journaling 6pm-7:30pm

When the sun moves into a new sign an energetic shift occurs. Learning to connect, listen, and set intentions with the sun is a beautiful way to add ritual into your life.Taurus season is from 4/20-5/20 and for this gathering we'll discuss the Astrological happenings of the zodiac season and where it will impact you personally (birth chart recommended).

As with all energetic shifts, getting into your body is important. Together we'll ground into the energy through meditation and movement themed around the season. Accommodations/Modification can be made for ALL bodies, come as you are.

We'll close out with time for journaling and optional sharing.
