This workshop is a gentle exploration of our own personal Spirit Guide connections. Our Spirit Guides (Guardian Angels) have been with us since birth. They love us unconditionally and love to work with us in this way.

Although it sometimes seems that we are here alone, our spirit guides are always with us, and are always here to support us. In this workshop we'll do an energetic tune in. We will call in and work with our spirit We'll also do practical exercises which will provide tools for you to access your spirit guides at home, after the class.
