Join us for an open community conversation inspired by the recent experiences surrounding Hurricane Helene. This gathering is meant to bring people together to share stories, compare notes, and identify the practical lessons we can all carry forward. We’ll talk about the basics of preparedness, what actually matters when the power is out or supply chains are disrupted, and what we each learned from navigating the storm.
This first session is designed to be collaborative. Instead of a formal workshop, we’ll use our time to build a community-generated list of future topics and skill-building sessions. Whether you’re brand new to preparedness or have insights to contribute, your perspective is welcome. Our goal is to create an ongoing series of discussions and workshops shaped by the needs and interests of the group.
Come ready to share, learn, and help strengthen our community’s resilience.
Donations are welcome to support the venue.
