Join us for an evening of relaxation and dropping deeper into the body. Class will be a gentle flow, followed by more restorative postures. All beginner friendly and modifications will be cued throughout class to accommodate for your needs.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you can. Props are provided.

Meet your Instructors

Jenn (She/Her) is an intuitive healer trained Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Astrologer and Spiritual Coach. She combines her knowledge of the body from 13 years of physical therapy with all spiritual tools that have contributed to her own healing & spiritual journey to help guide others.

Vi (They/Them) is a practicing Witch & Psychic who is a trained Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Tarot Reader. They combine their passions of astrology, divination, dance, and creative expression to help others listen to their intuition.
